well, to take out some items from the CS or having from Time to Time discounts, generates stimuli or simply saying makes em more attractive.

 

also lowers the inhibition level to load WP. Since you get this kind of feeling "now" is perfect Time^^

 

But back to your Question...

 

they are outside of the regular Sells- so they don`t need to discount em  clever or?

yeah i understand everything about time to time discnounts and the perfect time moment ) but system is what it is atm , despite our moan and QQ.

 

backon topic : my question was more did they implement them at all atm ? since its common knowledge that they are obtainable during forge time since end game gear is expensive as -_-... coz i dont see them in IM atm
