Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will find a fix for this.

This bug is old. Lava stay Frozen with Vox start. Noob Alteris you don't know what happen in your game. Ask all 20 ppl population to help you.
Noobs , this is not Requiem, this is Alteris and Helium nocturnal emission, Dev is fake. maybe is borrow from RO games like a Community managers.
99% bugs, fail events,missing items,ignore,stupid updates, bad management, new concept ... LOL ,broken server  and... and ....
