Maintenance Notes 2015/5/27
(patch version 0.3.49)

 

Events

 

Heirloom Bone Stuff Event

Fight against monsters and get

Purple Coins

by killing them. These coins can be exchanged at the

Vending Machine for one of this two Heirloom Bone Boxes.

These boxes will give you one random item out of their content.

 

Those item are fully tradable and sellable until

you equip a char with them. They're soulbound.

Our weekly maintenance usually takes 2~3 hrs. if everything goes well.

I wonder why no item included for Drakan Class? Is this for human only event?

 

Oh yes, this heirloom stuff is very old - from the time no one ever thought about Dragokin classes - so there are no items for them available.

We are running this event because it's a community request.

No that's not normal for sure, but I tried it myself with Human and Dragokin class and I have no crash. If this problem persists re-installing the client should help.

Is it normal to get a regular bone weapon in the box as well? I just opened one and it isn't heirloom. Is it a bug or something? Please clarify thanks. :)

can our GM yummy popcorn explain why market can sell the Heirloom Undead Bone Dragon Weapons??
says there cant trade, market, mail... etc, if i try to buy it says cant trade on open market(?)
but as you said all are fully tradable and sellable, is this a bug or what??

This is just sad the depreciated value of these heirloom items. Just look at how each and every piece is worth only 1kg is truly heart breaking. Even back when these heirloom bone items were available to farm they were still difficult to come by. I understand you guys want to balance out the playing field but market value should also be put into consideration. This set is literally 20 times less than what the market value use to be.

Holy Mollie ! I stacked 1k purple coin in my inventory !

I can buy and sell them just fine on open market, I just tried. I tried with a staff and with a bow, both work perfectly fine.

Keep in mind once equipped those items become soulbound- means bound to the char that has put them on.

After this you can neither sell, nor trade them to anyone else. This might be the problem in your case.

 

Btw, have you run the patcher after the maint?

Do you mean the "Bone Katar"? It's a "naming" bug, not more. It is the correct item with the wrong name.

To correct the name a server restart would be needed, but I don't think that we should interrupt the game only for a name change.

 

I will request to change the name for the next regular server maintenance.

These are OLD weapons before an major upgrade that came some years after the initial release. Remember this from the Dragonica days. All the heirlooms bone items lack the special option that present bone items has, so for me its not interesting, 

 

It would be better to have a chance to get the Bone arms/shields with this event, they are so hard to farm. Altough i need to spend my remaining purple coins on something, hope it comes more events that consumes purple coins.

These are OLD weapons before an major upgrade that came some years after the initial release. Remember this from the Dragonica days. All the heirlooms bone items lack the special option that present bone items has, so for me its not interesting, 

 

It would be better to have a chance to get the Bone arms/shields with this event, they are so hard to farm. Altough i need to spend my remaining purple coins on something, hope it comes more events that consumes purple coins.

 

We try to run events for every group of players. It's clear that not every event can be liked by everyone. I'm sure there will be another event that will need purple coins  :p_smile:

I will request to the production team to have a look into these items drop rate, maybe they can see something that is wrong. But as always I can't promise anything.

 

Please tell me a bit more detailed:

Which monster drops these items (is it an end boss drop)? and for which classes (all classe or just some)?

The more specific the details are, the easier it will be for me to direct them to the right issue.
