Didnt do anything bad, but i got banned? Srsly?! 

 

I did send a ticket last 2days but they didn't replied to me?!

Sometimes your account might be frozen if it's suspected to be linked to any illegal items or have similar names to another culprit as well, whether you're innocent or not. There's always a reason for being banned, but keep trying with support. They've been under attack for the past few days so the system might have had an error. Not only that, it was a Holiday weekend so it will take some time to catch up on all tickets.

As a general reminder, not necessarily directed at you, any of the following is potential to get banned:
1. Botting/AFK Macroing
2. Real Money Trade/Trading game account for other game items
3. Harassment/spam
4. Inappropriate names
5. Exploiting bugs
6. Scamming
