Hi Guys,

 

I could really use some help here. I just tried to log on in my instant dc'ed characters just to check if it somehow fixed or accessible, apparently not. When I tried to log on in again it gave me the error 

MSI_REFUSE_NOT_PERMITTED_GROUP(14) in which I am not totally aware of or familiar with. 

 

I am not sure if it is just me, but I will be needing some few tips to get over with this from the other players out there, specially to those whose from the Technical Team.

 

It would be grateful to have your soonest responses under this thread/thread that I made.
