Maybe, or maybe not, if the error occurs for at least 3 days I guess we will het something back.
And if xp event isn't extended, then just wait for the next weekend !

Update
The EXP Rate has been increased
to 3.0x for the rest of the Weekend
to compensate the server downtime
and your lost EXP
