Holy crap I'm sorry, this is what I get for answering half asleep.

 

The answer is YES, it does 1 damage, assuming it works the same way as racial reduction. I don't think it's possible for normal attacks from a mob to be reduced to zero as it actually is its own thing. (elementals can be reduced to zero but neutral mob attacks are not an element)

 

Note tho: Neutral property attacks such as critical attack and clashing spiral will still have their % damage applied and do more than 1.

do they stack?

if i want to get 100% neutral resist, suggestions about gears and items are welcomed

+12 Immune Shield + Tatacho Card - 32% (unsure if the card will stack/work on elemental monsters)

Skin Temping + 5% (blacksmith)

tatacho doesnt work this way its neutral element monster not neutral damage. (so its useless most of the time)

I know 100% dragon resist dropped damage to 1, never could get it down to misses though. So i'd imagine this would be the same, you'd still get hitlocked.

+ 17 palace guard cap would cost like $15 million USD in kafra points assuming statistical average if converted into HD carnium.  Slightly less if you convert WPE into KP in bulk.

Sky petite 30 , dragon breath 15, dragonology 20, dragon skull 5 so that's 70. Anddddddddddd we had a miscarded clip(another sky petite) so that put a scholar at 100%. Made nyd pre renewal pretty easy lmao.(this was a long time ago)

Well both parasite and harpy card are reducing formless race dmg, correct?

Then, what are they supposed to do in the first place? neutral reduction or formless dmg reduction? KRO?
