Whats the new damage formula now? When skilling or meleeing?

Please correct me if I am wrong but I think this is the current damage formula:

 

(((Attack Power * (PvP/PvM Offense -  PvP/PvM Defense) - (Blocked Amount * (PvP/PvM Offense -  PvP/PvM Defense)) * Defense Reduction) * (Enhanced Damage - Damage Reduction)) *  Critical * Elemental

can i know what elemental is

Elemental is Fire/Water/Wind/Lightning/Sorcery.. Not too sure about Sorcery but I think it is included
