I bought some of the valentine boxes during this firesale. I currently have 14k prize medals. Any suggestions on what to do with them? I have a 99 mechanic with poor gears, I was considering using them to level another class to be able to solo farm.

 

Any ideas?

only 2 good options for prize medals

 

1. use them to level

 

2. use them to buy gear (slotted elemental armor, etc)

 

personally i would use them to level, especially later on, like level 170+ when it gets harder to level up.

the gear that can be made from prize medals can eventually be bought on the market anyways

According to them free players who dont spend a single Ben Franklin on this game, leveling up that way is completely wrong, that by doing so we are commiting a great vile sacreligious act of pure evil, leveling the hard way by spending 8 hours a day on the computer doing nothing else other than playing RO is the only way we should go.

As hmc317 noted, is better you save those up to level later when you hit a plateau.  The slotted elemental Armors are already in the market as well as the Brocca (if you're gonna use the Pile Bunker)

(Read here somewhere that to go from 150 to 175 you need like 50k medals O.O' )

 

@Marty5337: lol. As a somewhat 'free-sometimes-buy-WPE-when-there's- a-chance' player, I approve it. Leveling options besides Gramps TI and Bio4 parties are quite limited.

it is a "get-yo-free-levels" pass. Best used at lvl1-70 to get yourself to instant TI for speed leveling, and then 125-140 cuz TI there has too little people. 
Or if you're filthy rich there's always dat 80K medal option to straight 175.
