[Fixed] Server does not save progress (5/30)

Hello Dragon Saga Community!

 

Sadly we have an issue again that the server

does not save any progress.

 

The progress isn't saved since about

2015-5-30, 1:00 Server Time.

 

Please close your in-game shop, log out of the game

and don't send any in-game mails. 

 

I already informed the staff about the issue.

 

 

I will keep you updated.

Steps to prevent losing items:

 

  • Close (Abort) your shops
  • Don't take any item out of the in-game shops
  • Don't send or open in-game mails
  • Don't trade with each other
  • Don't buy things from open market
  • Don't sell things in open market

Best is to log off until I inform you that the issue is fixed. If you want to chat/talk to each other you can stay logged in. But no progress is saved.

I may have sent a weapon and a cherry balloon from my invoker to my priest 20 minutes ago ... What now? XD

Since I don't know what exactly the problem is yet, I can't answer you this question at the moment.

I will inform everyone as soon as I have more informations.

Really? Again? I know I'm going to get a reply or two arguing with me, but I'm really beginning to question why I spend money on this game. I was understanding the first time this happened, but this is ridiculous now.

I totally understand that you are annoyed by this. I will inform myself, why this happens over and over again and also tell the production team that we players are getting more and more upset by this situations. 

At the moment I can't sadly do more than inform the staff.

Thank you, Popcorn. I really hate to sit here and gripe, and I'm glad you understand the struggles, as a fellow player. I've been trying to get other people into the game lately, and I'm going to share a few responses I got when I made some panicked skype calls after reading this, minus the swears.

 

"Why do I play this? I'm done."

"I hope there's no rollback. I really don't want to rebuild again"

"I wonder what I'm losing this time"

 

Anyways, please send my best wishes to the production team, and let's all hope that this can be taken care of with as few issues as possible.

While logged in I was answering people's questions about the situation but I crashed to log in screen like when a maintenance happens so now it's time to wait but I hope i helped lessen the amount of questions that you get.

Maybe you should have a look at how players on EUW server of LoL complain, but no one from the Riot staff answers them nor seems to care in any way.

while to cook then i see some players panic

Meh you cant take LoL players seriously since its one of the most Toxic community when u play another MMO u see who usualy plays LoL or who not ^^

It's okay, if your items were still in the shop when the server went down. I only recommended to close the shop so no one can buy the items from it, because then the items could have been gone for both, buyer and seller.

 

As soon as I have more information regarding the nature of this issue, I will inform you about the next steps. Until then please just stay patient.

from now on every day ill save a new PrtSc picture that show my items,lvl,money,cash, quest progress and name and password of my account in the same picture,for me to prove that its my charecter and not just a piture i took from google.  I STRONGLY SUGGEST U DO IT TO
