Question about the poring roulette, do we need to be there during the drawing or can we go to other maps/use alts then come back to check if we won? There's no timer so it's hard to know when the drawing would be.

Huh, that's weird. 5% isn't too bad of a rate either. :X

 

If it is, it must have been recently added because I've killed petals in the past and never saw that drop.

I tried killing Petals to see if it would drop, but after 50 of them I gave up...

indeed, when you try searching for "unknown coupon" in d-p, the new anniversary coupon shows up now. I've gotten unknown coupons in the past hunting petals/menblatts so it definitely used to drop; not sure if this was changed during maint with the addition of the anniversary quest.

Thats what i thought as well but Crit+12 would be such a -_-ty effect for something that requires a mid headgear when a Merc Riser gives +7 Crit and +7% aspd is slotted and doesn't require your mid slot as well

 

but Crit+120 is too much imo it changes my whole gear setup i think even crit+60 would be enough

seems counterintuitive that this headgear of all things doesn't have a bonus at +12 refine level.

There should be a +12 Bonus for a 12th anniv hat

 

I just hope the effects are as advertised and are permanent/unchanged it they will be changed/removed i hope it is stated before damage is done.. but i've decided to actually do a event quest since.... well the first time Golden Dragon Helm was introduced
