There needs to be some sort of a warning if this isn't a bug, and if this is the case, I want my points back.

For those that haven't paid attention since the Golden ones came out, they are like a +10 already so they can not be refined.

so, do they glow as if they are +10 then ? 

description needs to say "cannot be refined" --- cause, grrr. I angry now.

Item Mall weapons are not intended to be refined, as they are already given scaling stats equivalent to a +10 refined weapon.  We have updated the description of those weapons for next patch stating that they are not refinable, and should no longer display the Item Mall grade type to remove any ambiguity of whether or not they can be refined.

 

If you feel you were misinformed by the lack of description, you can submit a ticket explaining the situation and the customer service team will do what they can to accommodate you.
