Fallen 500 wiped inventory restoration thread

Im very happy at first when my co players in IRO send and acknowledge me about the fix tat IRO team has been done after the maintenance and fixing the DC characters, A while ago he told me that his character that is already Fallen equipped with (COTTON SHIRT AND KNIFE) restored after the last maintenance... I was very shocked because at first i already accept it but then i saw his equipments and then he was not joking that his character from (knife/ cotton shirt) is fixed.. he told me that he never move any items from his storage and his equipment.. thats why we conclude that if we move the storage and the equipment will not be fix from that maintenance.. My ONLY QUESTION IS THAT WHY IS THERE A CHANCE THAT SOME PLAYERS THAT HAS BEEN ALREADY FALLEN AND YET THEYRE CHARACTER HAS BEEN FIXED, IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY THAT WE FALLEN 500+CHARACTERS TO BE FIX?? THERE SOME CHARACTERS THAT HAS BEEN SOLVE I WISH YOU GUYS HAVE THE CURE ON THESE MATTER!!! :p_sad:  :p_sad:  :p_sad:

 

 

Oda: I'm going to ask that the cutoff date for new fallen 500 PMs be sent by this Friday, the 28th. If you have sent one in before that deadline I'll work to get it added to the list. Our next batch of restorations will be happening on Thursdays. After the operation is done a list of accounts that can or cannot be restored will be posted.

If thats it, i been tru the ticket system and saw bias decisions about ppl already.

Its fact and its a money making game bro. It cant run on steam.

Yes, they're biased towards tickets at the front of the queue.

Oh great I have most of Characters as Fallen and I hurried on gearing them to catch yet ppl who had knife and shirts were restored?

I would either to have mine restored as well so I can continue my DPS or have CMs release a better compensation program ..tsk tsk tsk

How about thos fallen500 accounts that have more than 1 character wiped out of their items? And if you mean untouched, does that mean if we already checked the affected character before, we'll never be able to recover those items he/she is wearing or on inventory?

CM what about my account only have 9/9 slots and its already full.  I'm already Subscribed to the VIP service but there is no extra slots. what are we going to do to make a novice?

Sir Oda, how can we make a new Novice Character if our account is already been filled up by characters from the said migration?

Well just asking because some of my characters are also included with one of those fallen ones. (Inventory Knife and Cotton Shirt equipped thingy)

 

Also another Sir Oda, want to know if I can get back my Gym pass purchases from my 4 characters from the same 1 account.

what if there's 3 characters that's been fallen on 1 account..? Do I need to create 3 novice as well ?

and what about the characters that have changed their names ? can they still get their items back as well ?

Gym pass can be reported via Ticket use BUG REPORT as your subject. already got mine. all 7 characters.
