It's been a week since I reported the issue on my fallen characters. But I didn't had any update or responds if my account is being processed or anything? please any feedback..?
Patience is what we need , alright . This'll be my 3rd week from submission and I haven't got anything too. Once more , they will start working on these once they have fixed all the broken characters and storage. We'll just have to wait it out. It's going to be worth the wait so let's just trust them

is the process of the recovery of the wiped items ongoing now? or not yet?

Please be patient. As of now, their priority is to fix the character and storage disconnection issues. As Lazaruce mentioned, once they have fixed the said issue, they will start to investigate and work on restoring the lost items.
Doing rush things results high chance of failure.

It's 07/01/2015 PST so there's little time left.
They are currently building the list and according to Oda as advised on the last Tiki Tuesday , He will at least respond to your PM to update us. If you are in a guild or know a lot of players , please let them know and encourage them to stop sending tickets to help lighten their queue , giving them more time for other issues.
I have posted something outside the forums but word of mouth will be a lot faster

so I have a char which supposed to have glorious sets etc. but after the dc fix, it's inventory was stocked up with unknown items. even the items equipped (glorious, unknown items with weird enchants) were also gone. can it still be recovered?

The subject is FallenRecovery. Follow the format.
They will investigate your character. If your character is on the list of Fallen500 characters, they will work on restoring the lost items and placing them on the placeholder. If the character is not on the list, of course, your character is not under Fallen500.
The deadline is before July 1. In other words, The exact time is June 30 at 23:59 PDT.
No Pinoy late is allowed.

July 1 at 14:59 PHT

You should PM this information to Oda (although it is likely that it won't be accommodated now) since based on his instruction, you must contact them before July 1st for them to investigate.
But feel free to try, you've got nothing to lose anyway.

So anyone who replies on their PM probably it goes up so instead of going first from getting to the list, now will be going last because of their impatience and that happened to me too.
That's why still since june 13, Oda haven't read my PM. But that's OK, I have my patience now after 3 months of waiting we're having back our items and be able to get back to game.

Mine's sent as of 06/12/2015 and I also don't have any reply. I will wait so I could at least have a chance to return my lost items back . Perhaps the mechanics of their plan is not yet fully laid out or they are just waiting for everything to get fixed before initiating this restoration .
Worst case scenario ? Early or late August since no updates were given from the OP's date.

yes you can. since they already have the old data they got from pRO. all you need is to pm Oda about your wiped char and the char name on where they put your wiped items

Please don't assume again ( "everybody here in the forums will be glad to help" ). Didn't you learn your lesson?
IMHO, if you are really willing to help, it doesn't matter if it is spoon fed or not, you will still help them.A few seconds of your time to answer a question instead of them scanning a topic for several minutes.
Imagine a player who only got 1 hour to play for a day, wouldn't he want to spend that little time playing the gameinstead of just back-reading a topic?The irony is, some say they are willing to help but they refuse to provide a helpful answer.

By the way, all our thanks to CM Oda and the rest of the Warpportal team working to bring back our wiped items. This means a lot to us!
