i can't open my kafra storage everytime i try to open i just keep on disconnecting please help...

i still have bug item str biscuit stick & luk biscuit stick from my ranger. I get DC if i click to sell or drop. I want to get rid of it from my inventory

I would like to report the problem of my character because when i try to open my Kafra storage.... my character is always got disconnected.

 

This has been on going for almost 3 weeks...
