Hey guys. I'd like to ask which temp boots I should buy. I am a level 148 hybrid ranger. I'm using a Vana helm, +9bxb, WWS set and I want to switch to FAW and temp boots now. But which temp boots should i buy so that my AS damage wouldn't be lower compared to current?

 

a. Agi temp boots AD/LD

b. Dext temp boots EA/Hawkeye

c. Agi temp boots EA/LD

d. Dex temp boots AD/Hawkeye

e. Other combination?

Option B gives the most DMG increase.

Thanks man. Is it okay to buy FAW(+Menblatt) with EA enchants? I have 120agi and 90 luk and aspd around 189. Is it okay to be more focused into my damage rather than speed? or they come together?

You won't get 193 aspd if all you have is EA enchants and dex gears but if you currently have 189 you can use rudra grace(if not already used) +20 agi food+12% from FAW to get 193 aspd

For FAW, it says Attack Speed +1% for every 20 base Agi.

 

If I have 189 aspd multiplied to 1.06 (since i have a total of 6% from 120 agi), then aspd 200? But I know 193 is max. But am I interpreting it correctly?

My bad I totally forgot it's every 20 base I was for some odd reason thinking every 10 base but a bako instead would get that 1 aspd maybe even the 6% but I wouldn't rely on that 6% unless maybe you add celermine

For aspd to make things less complicated I just assume
10%=1aspd
10 agi=1aspd
Which always seem to work for me no matter what combo I use

+9 WWSuit (i have crappy enchants)

+9 FAW with EA enchants (menblatt card)  - i dont have this yet

+9 Temp Dex boots EA/Hawkeye  - i dont have this yet

bako tat - i dont have this yet

C.rudra with +1aspd

 

Hmmm. I still might not be able to reach max aspd but my focus is on damage of my AS. But I'll still try to hit 193aspd.

I just wondered, how much DEX you have btw? You have 120 agi but prefer to use temporal dex rather than agi. Another option you might consider is;

 

e. Agi Temporal boots EA4/HE (LD if you prefer Warg Striking)

 

These might help you get closer to 193 compared to option B. If you +9 the boot you might probably get about +2 ASPD from it. (9% + 1)

actually it's only really worth it for the damage if you have 120 dex but i had assumed you had that i think its a waste to get a certain boot and 120 a different stat required

 

Edit: and don't invest in a Autumn Headband i'm about 80% sure they are going to re-release them soon after the problems on Thor have been sorted out (if they ever will)

Damage? I'm sorry to say, but you wont get the "ranged attack damage +5% and reduce the fixed cast time on skills be 0.5 seconds" bonus if you don't have the 120 DEX. That is why I suggested the temporal agi as an alternative earlier.

 

Stat reset is the way to go, but its your call...

I like temporal luk boots. You get mad crit dmg if you have 120 luk and it's increased per upgrade even if you don't have max luk

2. Another question: Hawkeye VS LD? I know LD is for warg striking, but Hawkeye is for DEX and it has the chance to add damage on ranged attacks? like increased damage on AS?

 

I've searched on ropd and most 175 rangers are using agi temp boots with LD. So i might go with that.

-Seriously Why people like AGI boots ? I don't understand.Get a Luk boots.Ton of ASPD gears in iro .Ranger has Improve Conc.and Falcon Eyes,It is so easy to reach 193 aspd .AGI boots is for noob or new player That is it .

-175 doesnt mean anything. No skill required. just pop Bm3 and follow the party or Prize medal.
