I suggest offering a 24 hour skill and stat reset ONCE per month to help people create and test new builds.
Skill and Stat resets will still be purchased from the Item Mall because 1 month is a long time to wait just for a reset, but this will allow the more excelled players to test out new builds to counter the current meta in the game.
