Hi guys.

 

Which class is  really good for PvE (mobbing, boss fights) together with sorcerer?

My girlfriend play sorcerer and im just leveling warrior.

Im thinking about warrior-knight-dragoon way, but i read on this forum, that was some nerfs, but topics was out-of-date. So im just wondering, if is not better choice other class (maybe Savage(same style for fighting like warrior)  or Overlord or you can help me with picking class  )

Dragoon is really good if you actually plan to play a lot with a sorcerer, you will be more than useful using your time reverse aura at boss fightes, and could also farm arcade mode without encounter problems.

 

You can also take classes with helpful skills like overlord or monk...

 

...or just making a couple of sorcerers.

@5143121023173906760  for your advice . I will play with her (with sorcerer) a lot and we want finish all encounters (dungeons and bosses) in Dragon Saga. I saw o wikipedia, that there are dungeons with a lot of floors and lot of mobs 

 

But anyway from my point of view, i want meele class so in that case is only (Dragoon, Overlord, Savage, Ninja). So maybe there is question which class is more helpfull.

 

What i saw, thief classes have high output dmg, and dragoon has better survivability. For farming alone is there any advantage of each class?

 

For playing in couple is there advantage of each class with sorcerer? You told that Dragoon has a Reverse aura, what about others classes?

I dont know, i want one of the two classes: thief or warrior.

 

Right know im leveling warrior>knight>dragoon but still im on 19lvl, so i can start leveling something else, if someone give me a good reason for that. Maybe i will go to

 

Overlord way, cause he is better in party and had better dmg output and is more helpfull to sorcerer. But i dont know, so thats the question i want to play with sorcerer and play

 

solo farming too. Which class you recomend

If you want to be useful to a Mage and still be able to kill monsters alone, you might want to play a Thief > Savage since they have Intelligence / Health / Agility buffs along with area of effect spells, and even a mana recovery one.

Knights are somewhat average when it comes to farming, but I believe you won't find anything better than Mages for this task, so... Maybe Ninjas with their low cooldown spells ? Less useful as a party member though.

i looked on skill build tree and think, savage has skills on buffs int, str but i think this is not skills which i want max

 

I think more disabling skills which is normal build will be better, you know, maybe freeze or stun is better on party.

 

I want some class which is good for party, some crowd control, good dmg and fun

In my circle of friends, I play with dragoons, savages, and sentinels mostly, and a few ninjas. The savages tend to get the highest percentages in f1 missions maps. (Usually about 20-30% contribution) to my invoker's 60% but the dragoon/ninja combo is the group for bosses. Anyways, I recommend trying each class to level 40, get a feel for how they play, and go for the one you like best. If you change your mind, play another. Your gal can make a new character with you if she wants and see where it goes. Best of luck.

What i understand most hardest dungeons are f7?

 

I think Dragoon has a good aoe dmg/survivability/support for party.

 

Maybe combo two Sorcerers will be nice  , but i want to be a meele 

 

I dont know any build for savage, if  they maximize their buffs (int,vit, str) but from my point o view time-reverse is very usefull for party in dungeon

 

Am asking only because, i want to know your opinion which class in PvE is usefull more for you and you are happy , if this kind of class enter dungeon with you. Thats it 

 

 

Anyway im looking for non-funded char (without donating with cash)

F7's are very easy once you grasp the concept. Classes with good AoEs are great for killing the bombs quicker, but any class can do any F7 with relative easy if you know what you're doing.

Invoker don't need any AoE attack to desintegrate bombs, and Sorcerers have a rough time doing so because every single spell that isn't Magic missiles (and maybe Fortress) only deals one damage per hit to them.

 

As for the kind of class I'm glad to be with... Savages for their buffs, Dragoons for their Time reverse, Overlords for their Gamble. The other ones don't seem to have any synergy with my Sorcerer.
