it is said that rideword hat down proc on bows or archer class skills, is it really true? I want to buy a +9rwh for my ranger but my friend told me that its not working with bows. huuhhu so i guess I'll go vanagard instead?

Your friend is wrong.. get a new one :3
It works with bows and skills too. However, RWH procs HP leech better, while Vana procs SP leech better. As a ranger, you usually want SP more than HP to allow more Arrow Storm. So +9 Vana is a preferred choice.
