So i wont have any kiels soon and wondering if this Tae goo Lyeon with EA 5/4 is even worth for the cast delay it give with 2 expert rings or should i quad kingbird MG/Quad Kingbird Mace and 2 ur's seal with sp or hp?

in case of leveling your RK both options are good (Tae/Expert Rings for fastest delay) or Quad kingbird/Ur's Seal with SP for the highest damage (Replace Quad to Tae its also an option for more balance with ur's seals with 20% reduct delay and the damage boost from SP ur's Seals).

 

also depends of your level and your current stats, for example: if you're between 100-125 and has decent vit (Base 90-100) and Int (70-90) and some dex (meaning 40-60) for reduce the cast and Gears focused on the highest damage posible (Enchanted variants +9, Ur's Plate refined with Vit/MaxHP enchants/Brynhild, +9/+12 Turkey with carat or Bunginsgis, Ur's Seal with 250 SP and spore card (card optional, its up to you) will help alot for level at your firsts levels as RK. At level 135 or 140 you can go for 120 Dex build because your stats will be more consistent for a good HP/SP pool with the gears Enabling +9 Temporal Dex Boots.

if you can kite them, sure. But if you facetank them, quad (either HF or AS cards) weapon is usually better because of shield.

Use mace if u need shield, if u dont use the TGL ( -20% delay and sp consumption)

I used tgl plus 2 urs when I was grinding on db. If you don't need the shield, tgl is always going to be better because of the 20% delay reduct and reduced sp cost. Between expert rings and urs, I think urs is better because 20 or 30 don't make a big diff when you're going to walk n cast, but the damage can be the diff between 1 or 2 more shots per mob. Probably use expert rings only if I have tao or Brunhild, so the damage increase isn't better than 10% reduct at that point( still a noticeable diff tho)

Tgl is even better under strings due to higher aspd with THS quicken.
