I'm not sure if this fits up the tech support thread but I'm not sure where else to put it. Anyways, yesterday around 3:00pm I attempted to purchase Warp Portal Energy with my credit card for vip. I filled out the information and changed the email from my old email that I used way back when I created the account many years ago to my current gaming email. This was my first purchase on the account so the website so I was told that they would verify the information and send me an email for confirmation. I believe that that email was sent to my previous inaccessible email and now (even in my attempts at using paypal) I am unable to purchase WPE. It has been over 24 hours and no email has been sent to my email and I just get the same notification every time I attempt to purchase WPE. I just want to give them my money and Warp Portal is throwing hoops in front of me. What a crappy way to treat a willing customer. I have tried submitting a ticket but I have no idea how long it will take them to reply. I have also attempted to change my accounts email, but I'm not sure how that will solve the current issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
