Cannot Purchase Warp Portal Energy for VIP

Hello, 

I'm not sure if this fits up the tech support thread but I'm not sure where else to put it. Anyways, yesterday around 3:00pm I attempted to purchase Warp Portal Energy with my credit card for vip. I filled out the information and changed the email from my old email that I used way back when I created the account many years ago to my current gaming email. This was my first purchase on the account so the website so I was told that they would verify the information and send me an email for confirmation. I believe that that email was sent to my previous inaccessible email and now (even in my attempts at using paypal) I am unable to purchase WPE. It has been over 24 hours and no email has been sent to my email and I just get the same notification every time I attempt to purchase WPE. I just want to give them my money and Warp Portal is throwing hoops in front of me. What a crappy way to treat a willing customer. I have tried submitting a ticket but I have no idea how long it will take them to reply. I have also attempted to change my accounts email, but I'm not sure how that will solve the current issue.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please private message me your ticket numbers to make sure of the entered email.

 

For the verification process it is done manually however the confirmation email is automated but is "keyed off" and requires human interaction. The handling of said verification goes through the weekend as well. The confirmation notice is sent to the registered email, but if the email is inaccessible then that would be a problem.

When I first filled out the billing information I put my email in as my current email. Does that not matter? Will it always send it to my account email?

Also, is there a way that the confirmation email can be resent to another email? Or am I going to have to wait for my ticket to be processed?

The email that you fill in the billing information for the Credit Card payment is the place where the payment receipt goes. It usually fills in your account registered email automatically, so if you want the receipt to go somewhere else you simply fill in a different email.

Hello I recently started playing RO again and have been experiencing the same issues. When ever I try to go to the Power Up Screen. The page takes a moment to load but then a error pops up saying "Payment error". Then I'm redirected back to the main page. I have tried from 3 different Laptops, 2 cellphones, 5 different ip address and wifi locations. But still just he same error each time.Just to make sure it was not me doing anything wrong. My wife even loged into the website from same methods and she is able to get the power up pages. No issues, I submited a ticket but was only emailed back with topics about
