Character locked item problem. T.T

Back then, when character locks/bounds were not yet added in the game, I had a Chiva Aurum(in character) and Courage Glacier Knuckle(in account) in my storage. Then it was added in the game, the 1st time I saw it, I didnt understand it, but when I took my chiva, it was locked on my character that I'm not using T.T. Now my Courage Glacier Knuckle is in my storage(which is in
account), when I'm dragging it to my inventory, it says that it will be locked if I put it in my inventory. Those items that have it is in my bourg that I want to trade it my other accounts like(raider and
champion)... Hopefully, I want switch my Courage Glacier Knuckle cause it is still not locked yet, if it's still possible. Help me please. T.T

You can try submitting a ticket to support, but I doubt they will move the items. If that is the case you can disassemble the items for 30% of the cost (honor and valor). 

 

There should be a warning before taking items out of storage that asked if you were sure, so there was a warning.

Destroys the item and gives you either materials or in the case of Honor and Valor items, points.

But it is Chiva Aurum Chest +15 with D7. Bought it with like 950m. That was my highest money and saved it for that. Then it is just gonna get destroyed? T.T There's no other way?

The only other option is trying support. Character Locked items are unfortunately not able to be moved from Character to Character even with unbinders.

 

 

If you do choose to go with Support first, make an account first. It helps with keeping track of tickets.
