My acc was stolen by hacker!I summit a Account Investigation ticket to account retrieval.Do i summit to the correct Department.And how long i have to wait their reply?Is possible to get back my items and character?My main character was deleted by hacker!! I feel very impatient and sad.
Can some one help me please??

That's a question the GM will answer... when they are able to do so. Could be a few days, they are heavily backlogged.
