They both work together.

for best results use CD in Mouth, ROFL and ROR...

I can probably afford 2 atm. CD in mouth description is kinda weird. When it procs does it make all your physical shoot fire/lightning etc for the full 5 seconds?

when it procs it makes each hit cast bolts, and in between it can proc again. ive seen people with high aspd unleash an un-endeing stream of bolts.

I have to say this is pretty crazy O.O

 

Now i could use some suggestions on weapons/cards.. i'm thinking Hunter Fly cards?

 

currently i'm using red Twin edge with 3 Archer cards, obviously not meant for this build but the proc on it is kinda nice.
