I hatched my lolli ruri egg and succubus egg using an pet incubator in Prontera. Both pet didn't show up after I used the incubator.
What is happening?

This is a known issue on Thor server and has been reported to the GM team. You may request pet restoration through submitting a Support Ticket. For now, to avoid further pet loss I would suggest not hatching any pet till a fix is implemented.

.I saw other posts in their facebook.They are having the same problem. I think this is a wide problem in THor
