Give the ticket people time to even look at it. Also you shouldn't put ur ticket info in forums people can use that against you.

And if its going to slow give it to the CM or GM. after u get response from the support team

Ohhh Nooo sorry about what happened to you. Ask in the ticket what IP log your acc in too. If you always play it at home, it should help a lot too. Btw did you give someone a ticket number and your email before?

I always play at home will, they can check the IP that i use. This is what i get after long day of work, tired, exausted. Let's see if Support team can help me on this.

The rest are leet gears. i have focused every Zeny / gear i have to my RK. everything is equipped to my RK.

The last time this happened to people... it was because Gravity's password database had been compromised. You're 100% sure you've never shared an account with someone else? Downloaded anything that might have a keylogger? Have an easily guessed password and someone knows your login name because its simple like your email address?

I have wasted so much time playing this game since 2007, earning and wearing the gear that i deserved without any monkey business. built a good reputation in game to sellers / buyers and never scammed nor installed 3rd party program to bot or acquire zeny in any illegal ways Now what did i get? this... There are no proper securities on what you invested.

Never.. Best of luck on guessing my password nor my Game ID.. I work in a most secured bank in DUBAI.. Its part of the protocol not to share anything that involves monetary or personal details.

 

I don't download any program that can enhance online games or whatsoever. im still puzzled how this guy hacked my account.

I hope they can tell me what really happened once everything is sorted and investigated. I would like to know if the account has been jeopardize so i wont be using it again and liquidat every item from here to there. I didn't mean to make a noise out of what i have experienced today. But, my situation is like hitting a brick wall blind folded not knowing how could this possibly happen to what i have invested for a long time. I need clarification to this ambiguity.
