Hi,

I have never written here, but i can't solve this problem:

When i want to enter to the game, the game search updates and starts downloading TGameCtrl_r.dll, but this doesn't finish and the result is "Patching Failed" (the button "Play" now is "retry" but if i press "retry" the process is repeated with the same result).

I show you a image where you can see the error:

Sorry for my english and thanks in advance.

Hello :)

I hope this helps :)

1) Inside the ROSE Online installation folder, delete: TRose.exe, RoUpdate.exe, and any .zip files that may be in the folder.

2) Make sure you have no other ROSE Clients open when you are patching.

3) If you have an antivirus program running, you may want to consider disabling it, for the duration of the patch, as sometimes they may cause too much interruption for the patching process to complete succesfully.

I tried everything you said but the problem continued, until we have executed with " administrator permissions " and is now well settled .
So it is solved in the end I just had to give these permissions ...what nonsense! xD

Thank you very much!
