no option for making permanently, wasnt before this ingame option and isnt now.
BUT you can use the 30 days option like 100000000 times behind each other and then you got 100000000 x 30days prem, almost the same

If you purchase more than one 30 Day Premium Token and use them right away, the date of your premium status will be extended 30 days for each token you use. You can do that as many times as you want. 

 

There are many benefits to having premium including +30% extra experience, +50% more drops, 10 pages of Premium Storage, remote access of all storage from anywhere in the game and much more.

Maybe they removed the option, but when logged into your account on the warp portal acsess, rather than transfering the points to your char, you have an option to give them premium for 5, 10, 15, or 25$ - 
The 25$ option is the best one, choose that one.

As of this update, http://forums.warppo...tch-notes-v572/  premium service is no longer bought with WarpPortal Energyfrom the website. Now premium is purchased with IM points right in-game. The tokens are for 30 days of service, but they stack so when you add a token, the time on your premium service is extended for 30 days.
