i can't access my account after maintenance

Like the title says^

 

i was just vending some stuff a few hours before maintenance, then after maintenance i cant login anymore. (tells me that my user/pass is invalid)

i did try to access my WP account for it and i can still access it, so a bit of relief. I did try some stuff like changing the password but it seems i can't.

 

heres some screenies that can show that the account is mine (cause maybe some ppl may think its not mine)

And heres another "problem" i encountered. i tried filing a ticket for this **** ofc

heres the tix number  [Ticket Number  -removed-] i know this will be snipped but ill post it anyway just to show that i really filed a ticket. Usually i get an automated response a few seconds/minutes after i file a ticket but now i didnt get any (no not on spam either).

And i cant seem to login in this forum using that WP account but i can login to the WP account at warpportal itself.

 

Sorry for another "RANT" post, but this i do think this is serious cause even the ticket doesnt even show any signs of progress.

 

Note: this WP account is different from this account im using to post stuff.

Just try change pass through email,if email doesnt reach del most mails,then if it doesnt resolve just wait for ticket!

I tried some stuff myself on how to get out of this mess, but it seems its futile.

 

And i found out that the email im using for my account that has a problem also has "special needs". It seems the reason on why i can't get any automated response for my ticket is because email i used on that acct cant/doesnt recieve anything (because i tried messaging it using another mail and it wont/cant receive any) for some unknown reason. :yawn:

 

Problem--->file ticket--->wait response---->i cant get response---->what to do now???

 

Sigh... two months of wait until freedom was given to my auto-dc chara on this acct and now another **** happened, i hope i dont have to wait a few more months till its fixed.

 

I hope this case gets some attention of anyone that can help me fix it. Right now im literally like this:

This account is the one containing my vendor [Erisu] w/c holds almost all of my hard earned and afk'ed zenny so right now i can't even buy bombs for my gene on my main account, adding more sadness..

Log into your Support account for ticket responses. Emails aren't always reliable when it comes to the ticket system.

Thanks alot for this info^

Just made a wp support account and i managed to view it and it seems fixed now. :p_laugh:  i really hate myself for panicking.

My brain is back to normal again. :)
