Hi, so I just did rebirth of one of my alt. Sage to be specific and after turning to high novice,first thing I've notice when leveling was "I die fast". Apparently, my high novice only have 63 Hp. I researched High Novices and they suppose to have 25% more HP/SP compared to regular Novice.

 

further more, once I had job lvl 10, I went to Geffen Guild to change to high mage, but the NPC im suppose to talk to doesnt change me at all. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Did you add all of your skill points? What is the NPC message after initiating a dialogue?

OH I was able to figure it out. I was talking to the wrong NPC. Thank You VModCinnamon.

 

I guess the only issue was the no HP/SP increase. beside that, this post is solve

if you are very low level then a 25% increase in hp/sp will not be all that noticeable.  use the iro calc to see if there is really something wrong with your char

a 1/1 high novice with no stats allocated has 50 hp and 13 sp
