Hello everyone, how is you all doing? I am expecting a child soon and I am becoming a daddy. We will have a new member in our community in the future! I wanted to ask some suggestions for baby names. List for girl and boy names. I was thinking of naming my child after a few NPC from Ragnarok. My surname is Anthony, maybe something that goes along with it? Thank you for your support. Don't give your child any name that they might grow up to regret. Don't give them cute "unique" names or they'll be a laughing stock for much of their early years, and it will affect their emotional development. Don't give them anything that can be easily shortened to be derogatory. Don't give them anything that could jeopardise their career, or chances at one later in life.

 

Normal names are best. You're not making a video game character.

first off, grats! second off, did you have any NPCs in mind? unique names are nice, but i completely agree with almr that it shouldn't be anything too outlandish, but there are a few names i could see being neat names. :x

Well, there are a few relatively normal names in the game, or the entire series for that matter:

Girls: Iris, Sara, Aione, Angelina
Boys: Tristan, Blain, Hans, Gustav, Alexander

Thank you all for your suggestions! Sincerely with gratitude. I am writing all these names down and continue to do so. Hopefully my wife and I come to an agreement about naming our child.

Name her/him "warpportal" and ODA will give your chars VIP the rest of your life.

Or "bot" and he/she will never die.

If you are an overprotecting or jealous dad name her "+20" and noone will ever get her/him.

...please do your child a favor and use normal names. You can always call your child however you want at home, but don't impose them a huge handicap/laughing stock that they can't take out until several years later.

 

Also, children grow. What could be a cute name for a 5 year old, could be a trauma for a 15 year old. Think wisely!
