When you see a moment, you can easily take a screenie but not all the time screenie shows you relevant/enough information.

Just as the how a screenie can be hotkeyed, im suggesting the record function does the same.

Just hit the hot key, and it starts recording, when you stops the recorder, then and only then you should be able to name the file.

Things happens in seconds, and it needs to be hot keyed to prevent our memories from being missed.

A very good suggestion! However, the recording system of the game needs to be reworked, and I believe reworking something like this requires intervention of Koreans.

I submitted 2 photos of something happening * clear photos * and the representative replied he/she cannot clearly see it.

To submit a video, and things happens instantaneously, it doesn't wait for you to start a record and then name it, the action is already done by the time that happens.

And these things are random and spontaneous, i cant have my RO recording all the time.

We been exploring something but it would be infinitely better if kRO did this as ours would just be a glorified fraps basically.

I know right.  I've had that happen all too often.
