Is it possible in woe, when someone is on portal, under effect of classical pluck and perform a single target attacking skill to the enemy (single target portal casting)?
Coz at today's TE, our minstrel keeps attacked by Killing Stroke from a ninja from a portal, while at the same time, classical pluck effect covering the whole area including the portal. i thought it shouldnt be possible.

Yes, but not without cheats. Just like a certain group of players would portal cast magnetic earth and sacrifice, you can do the same kind of thing portal casting targeted skills on enemies.

Yes, portal casting any skill ignores classical pluck, as long as there was no classical pluck on BOTH sides of the portal.

Portal casting skills that don't require a target can be done easily without any cheats. Anything that requires a target other than yourself, can't.

i saw many recallers do portal casting since it is self targetting skill. but in this case, a ninja does portal casting on a minstrel under classical pluck. then according to your statement, it cant

autopot is the best place to be bred there since most of attacks in TE arent major and easily outpotted
