Hello, when i want to log to get Wp energie i can t log. It's wrote :

You are using Opera right?

 

Just use a different browser and all will be fine. IE and Chrome for example do work.

I have used IE i can log but when i buy some Wp energie i cant use it to the game it always use 0 Wp energie....

Have you the chance to test this with either chrome or firefox?

 

I know for sure that firefox and chrome are working, because I use them myself.

Also remember to convert WP energy first into Dragon Saga IM points. After that you can use them ingame. In purchase points page you have your DS account and amount of IM points. Press "+"- button on the left amd you can convert WP energy.

I personally noticed the following:

 

Internet Explorer: Power Up not possible (don't know the reason anymore but experienced it myself quite a lot)

 

Mozilla Firefox: Power Up not possible since the certificate of the Power Up website seems to be too old to be recognized by Mozilla (see the error omegasf3 has posted)

 

Google Chrome: Works perfectly

 

Opera: Seems (?) to work perfectly

I have used Google chrome and it work thank you.

But IE and Mozillla stil don 't work ...

Strange. Firefox always works for me.

For me Chrome and Firefox is working. Opera and IE aren't.

Just passing by : it's WARPportal, as in "a portal that warps you to other universes". It has very little to do with war.

So here are some informations for the browsers:

 

• Internet Explorer: Working at least if updated to version 11
• Firefox: Working in the most up-to-date version
• Chrome: Working
• Opera: Not working - the staff is investigating the issue
