when I did the last tepa quest Cursed Spirit Quest did not receive Old Blue Box & 10 Speed Potions and not getting to start the quest Dangerous Rumors

Go back to Secretary Slierre NPC, speak to her again and tell me what she says.
If she keeps asking to wait for the investigation then keep clicking on the NPC till she states it's done. Make sure to have the item Handcuffs in your inventory as well. Revert back with updates please.
