Hi,

 

I'm having delay while playing ( around 1 sec before my character reacts )!

I play form the Middle east, precisely Dubai. I have a 10 mpbs net ( according the to service providers, although my downloading speed is around 1.2 mb).

Its quite annoying. Would really appreciate some help!

 

 

Any from Dubai with the same problem ?!

Yesterday my ping was 200~300, then rocket to 1024 =))))))))))

assuming you are using windows:

open the cmd and write: "tracert forums.warpportal.com" (without the quotes)

Poste the output here or send it to the devs (don't forget to mask your IP), maybe that tells us what's up

but other games hosted on US servers work fine for you? It doesn't look like a problem of gravity.

I haven't really played any other games in a US based server. Is there anything i can do to fix it ?

I'm starting to love the community here, would be a disaster to stop playing Rose because of delay >.< !

I fear the only thing you could do is move to the US =/

Anyways, look at the bright side, rose isn't such a fast-based game, here in europe we got a similair latency to the rose servers, means most people have to deal with a similair delay which makes things kinda balanced

Same goes for me. 1-2 second delay, thats some horrible delay so i skipped 1v1 pvp for the meantime.
