Recently I sent a ticket to GM in order to check if my +9 Valkysiand Shield of dead is legit or illegal. When I bought my first GTB card, I sent a ticket and -removed- took care of my problem. He said they were running an investigation regarding that incident and, after the investigation, he apologized and said everything was ok, I shouldnt worry about that because everything was fine. After that, they restored my gears and even created 1 gtb more on my account.
 
Since he made 2 GTBs, he took the Original one and left 1 illegal and then everything was ok to me. Recently, they investigated my account again, for the second time, claiming that my GTB is illegal and they were on an investigation again. Since -removed- has taken the Original one and left one Ilegal, he said my GTB was from a friend and this GTB is ilegal which is not true, since he said on the 1st time everything was FINE. Now, they restored the stuff I traded for my GTB which costs less than the time I bought the gtb. Now, I am having a hard time selling those gears, since people dont want to pay it anymore and I cant buy another GTB

We will not restore anything else aside from the ones that I had already restored. Unfortunately, we cannot give your +9 Valkyrja's Shield back since we had already restored the items that was traded for the shield.

Regardless the situation, at the FIRST Time, -removed- said everything was FINE, which is not.
 
Since my Original GTB was replaced for a fake one, after they leave 2 GTB on my account.
 
I reported that, could have 2 GTB in my account, and still they remove the Original and left a fake one
 
I really hope for justice in this matter

So in other words your friend was a cheater, and you got back about the same amount of worth for the mvp card anyway.

Basically what happens gms restored 2 GTB shields instead of his Tao. When this happens one shield would have no source to it as it was created by a gm. When he sent ticket regarding the mistake the gms deleted the lagit GTB shield leaving the wrong shield on his account. Now gms saying they will not restore his shield cause they can't find sources of the shield cause gms created it on his account. There is no source to it and they do not understand there own mistake. If he had the GTB verified the first time there should be no reason for it to be illigal shield.

And if his friend did exchange shields for the illigal one they should be able to trace it. which means the original shield that was verified should still be on server. He is just trying to get his shield back.

Usually ticket contents, GM names to be precise should not be posted on boards, for now I have removed the GM name. Please private message me the ticket number, this is something CM Campitor should look into.

It also happened to my Thanatos as well but everything is alright now. They fixed it
