Why would u tell GM's you had two GTB's?
and wanted them to delete one...

Cause he wanted his Tao back who needs two GTB. He received 2 GTB not 1 gtb 1 Tao.

The Gm's should like seriously go and wipe all the dupe cards in the market... i know Puru from the start of the RO journey, how he struggled his ass to the top.. It's not just Puru but all the legit players playin and owning the MVP cards. How a normal player would know if it is dupe or legit.. Yes we all know that GM's have their own personal lives as well but the delay in responding is too too bad. Forgive me if i'm being rude but just to cover up don't mess with the current game play. Check the player history and then see the items.

Why did they make a GTB instead of Tao if they should give a Tao back to u? They only know how to make GTB?

They might got confused, on which instead of returning 1 GTB and 1 Tao, They restored x2 GTB maintaining dup'd one in the account. Correct me if im wrong.

GM can check logs or just read the ticket again and again.But i don't really know the whole story,so i will not say The GM is retarded.

There's always room for improvement, yes, i agree. But, same principle applies for errors.

Basically what happens gms restored 2 GTB shields instead of his Tao. When this happens one shield would have no source to it as it was created by a gm. When he sent ticket regarding the mistake the gms deleted the lagit GTB shield leaving the wrong shield on his account. Now gms saying they will not restore his shield cause they can't find sources of the shield cause gms created it on his account. There is no source to it and they do not understand there own mistake. If he had the GTB verified the first time there should be no reason for it to be illigal shield.
And if his friend did exchange shields for the illigal one they should be able to trace it. which means the original shield that was verified should still be on server. He is just trying to get his shield back.

What you might be confusing is that the original mistake was not restoring the correct mvp the first time (1-GTB/1-Tao) instead was given 2 GTB no Tao

The only real solution is the wipe the entire server. Start fresh and have all mvp cards drop in a box and when they drop the server gets a GM like message letting everyone know that it has dropped. And once it is unboxxed it is named~

Its sad to hear what happened to puru, even sadder if you know puru in person and how much effort he made for buying his tao and gtb. Daily haze forest+OGH until save up enough to buy a gtb and tao. Thats some crazy hardwork. Then GM wiped his account clean for no reason. : ( And now they refuse to restore his gtb.

Yeah, Puru works hard in farming hazy forest and OGH everyday not with 1-2 chars, but with 4 mains, and 4-5 alts auto followed.

That's some dedication many of us will never have.

We will not restore anything else aside from the ones that I had already restored. Unfortunately, we cannot give your +9 Valkyrja's Shield back since we had already restored the items that was traded for the shield.
