This has been going on for a while now. I even pm'ed Oda and Campitor regarding this but I didn't get any response maybe they are too busy at this time. I just want to know if there's any other else like me having problems accessing the Chaos Storage. I also submitted a ticket about it which redirected me back to the forum topic . I've seen accounts that got fixed so I am wondering what is it in their account that my account doesn't have?

did you at least post in the forum topic as well? Camp has been doing fixes of the bugged chars on a regular basis.

Yes I did, twice. I was actually the thread starter for this then Campitor created his own topic to collect account information for those who are having the same issue.
