Is there an on-going bug with Pet disapearing? I've just had my Incubus restored, it disapeared again within 2 hours ... (Neutral and always fed it).

No ... I feed it when it says Neutral or Hungry. But I mean it can't leave me when it's neutral intimacy ...

what map were you on when it disappeared. did you hatch it in an instance?

Never hatched it inside an instance, usually in a city like prontera.

 

First time I was inside Endless Tower, noticed it was gone around floor ~25 .

Second time it disapeared as I warped into Hugel.

 

I could still Alt + J and see the pet menu, but couldn't feed and when I tried to return it to egg form it didn't do anything and I couldn't see the menu anymore.

yeah so when it bugs like that you definitely should not return it to egg form on the bugged map. that definitely seems to make it disappear permanently. looks like you will need to ticket it in again.

There are safe maps to return it to egg form?

others have reported that the pet comes back if you return to one of the safe maps. so if you hatched it at pront and it was fine there, odds are it'll be there once you teleport back. then you can turn it back into an egg with no issue.

but since you turned it into an egg while you were on a bugged map, it looks like you will need to get it restored via ticket again.

i've opened and returned to egg my succubus pet in FW instance. so far no prob, hopefully there wont be any problem lol

The pet only disappears permanently if you return it to egg on the moment where you don't see your pet and can still open the pet menu. When you go to a map and your pet disappears(this also happens in pettite map on route to gh sometimes I think), open your pet menu and check the intimacy. If everything else looks normal, go to a different map(i would suggest to go on any town) and see if you can see your pet again. During the time that you don't see it, your pet's status won't change even if you feed it or not.
