Magic Counter Attack is only with knuckles, but since knuckles is a wasted weapon in its current setup, make this skill be activated by wand and staff, or even 1-handed weapons.

Dont know how that skill is, but in general all skills should be able to be actived by any weapon or even without weapon. Is silly, the classes alredy have weapon restrictions, they dont need to have additional restrictions in the skills, except for the long range ones using xbow or launcher.
