Block access to Port of Winds if the player is under level 15-20, kinda like you cannot access some maps when under 40. (I tried )

because spam bots are generally low level and want to hit Port of Winds and you generally don't need to enter Port of Winds til 15-17 as a player

I'm used to RO so this spambotting isnt bad but it seems easier in Dragonica to make it harder for spam bots.

+1. It wouldn't stop them altogether, but it would at least slow them down some. Right now, having a bot banned seems hardly even an inconvenience.
