[Theoretical]

How about an in depth documentary on how the ticket system works. Something that will really teach us how our customer support is handled. Nothing funny, just something informational.

The video about lunch time was kinda pointless, and mildly fun...it dragged on for too long.

The Lunchtime vid was just an introductory to see whether there is any interest for other videos to be produced. It wasn't created to be series about the same thing over and over. What would you be looking for or wanting to know about the ticket system. We can't really provide exactly how the distribution or specific processes work. If you want to send me a message, we can go over what can and can't be shown for the video.
