Add new enchant for the following:
- Curse Attack Damage Up
- Fire Attack Damage Up
- Lightning Attack Damage Up
- Light Attack Damage Up
- Water Attack Damage Up
- Wind Attack Damage Up

- Curse Attack Damage Down
- Fire Attack Damage Down
- Lightning Attack Damage Down
- Light Attack Damage Down
- Water Attack Damage Down
- Wind Attack Damage Down

- Curse Resistance Up
- Fire Resistance Up
- Lightnig Resistance Up
- Light Resistance Up
- Water Resistance Up
- Wind Resistance Up

- Curse Resistance Down
- Fire Resistance Down
- Lightnig Resistance Down
- Light Resistance Down
- Water Resistance Down
- Wind Resistance Down

- Instant Cast (only on weapon), when activated, all skills are instant cast until the buff dies.
- Slow Down Cast (only on weapon), causes opponent to suffer increase casting time, ie. 1.5x, 2x, 5x duration.

- Fast Movement, increase movement speed.
- Slow Movement, decrease movement speed.

Except for the battlemage branch, it would be the same if the resistances up and down were for one or all elements together.

I like the idea of Slow Down Cast, maybe it could be a skill too.
