i think that when used, it should go forward and then come back to the cast location, kinda like some of the monsters in VC, the sentinel vargon or w/e they're called >_> but single hit on each pass, 3 at the farthest reach of it, it would give SOME use to the skill at least

I think they should have Guile's Sonic Boom move from Street Fighter.

Hell, they should PLAY Guile's SF2 theme every time you use that move.
