When it is nightmare time and you are int he Red Inn area there is a red fog about the place that limits your vision.

I think that red fog should be everywhere during nightmare time.

It would certainly give a more scary and foreboding atmosphere whether you were in a nightmare area or not.

Ahhh no.. I have been in that area many times during NM time not just once. Every time it happens it does (not might) have more atmosphere.

Yes, or at least apply that, or similar effects, to all the nightmare areas.

What's odd is around Nach's Eye in N.Hammer.

Not NM time = it's foggy in the sky and not clear.
NM time = the fog goes away, Nach'e Eye is more pronounce.

Though it seems like Nach's Eye is stronger.
