CP is treated as an acount bound mat.
Clan manager has an option to go into storage.
Additions:
7 tabs in storage for each clan upgrade
Every member from the clan may deposit items into storage but nobody can withdraw - due to the multiple options for clan upgrades, once it is upgraded, the mats will act like equal drops and will randomly break itself up among the clanmembers (online or otherwise)
