As I understand, not everyone may agree with these suggestions, however I will continue to add / update these if needed :::

Suggestions

Experience : The experience needed to gain levels after 60+ is pretty high and since the game doesn't have much content , it grounds to boring leveling especially for non premium users. I suggest either increasing the experience dungeon mobs give, or reducing the amount of experience needed to gain each level. End game is the most fun, and make it tough to obtain end game will only frustrate players and cause them to leave.

Quests : I believe that there are perfect amount of quests beginning and middle game, unfortunately as 60+ , there aren't enough quests to prevent the boring the grind. The occasional 2-3 hour grind is fine for a level, but I think developing more quests, even they require killing more mobs, escorting someone, creating a certain item, or killing a boss is fine, even if they are a little harder would create more entertainment especially for the long boring levels to overcome after 60+.

Dungeons : So far the dungeons in this game are quite boring, and require not much paying attention, or skill. Dungeons are suppose to provide a greater challenge then outside in the open when normal and elite mobs contend. I think dungeons need to be completely revamped. I think dungeons should be one of two ways.
1 Dungeons should not be zones :: If anyone has played Everquest 1, they would know how this works. Dungeons would be rather large, as JS is, It would be consist of the same mobs but a bit harder with giving more experience, to create the challenge of the Dungeon and then Mobs would respond at a significant faster rate, lets say 5 minutes. This would then provide parties to sit in one spot and pull from different areas, and they could also pull from other areas and potentially move around. This is better than running around grinding in a dungeon with stupidly easy mobs.

2 Dungeons should be zones as they are now but like WoW dungeons mobs then again should be a bit stronger than they already are to create the a greater challenge and rewarding as needed. However their would be what Requiem would call is Mini-bosses. Bosses that drop semi-decent loot, not loot compared to Ruinhorn, Biskra, etc...but Loot that is in between mob dropped loot and raid boss loot, loot that we could potentially upgrade some of the dropped loot that we find when grinding elites. This would provide a larger variety of gear, so people don't look the same, can construct their own personalized class to their fitting.

Lastly, about dungeons, if you disconnect ; I don't think it should throw you outside of the dungeon, unfortunately this would make resetting harder but to make it more realistic you should have to run outside and then reset, not simply re-logging and making it very simple. This would save time and effort for people who unfortunately get disconnected. If you make the dungeons free for all, and not zones, this would be a great idea cause people could log out at certain safe areas through out the zone and find a group when they come back in.

Bosses : Unfortunately, I have only attempted to Ruinhorn, but this has to the most boring raid boss I've ever attempted in my MMORPG career, there is no difficulty factor in this boss and it's completely free loot with no challenge at all. It is a spank and tank fight with adds that are dumb and pointless. I went afk multiple times as a Ranger because I just got bored standing there when I had nothing else to do. So my suggestion is make raid bosses FUN! If you look at many MMORPGs the bosses actually do stuff and not just sit and stare at the tank the whole time with wimpy hits. Bosses should have many random skills, Ruinhorn could fly in the are and breathe on the whole raid in certain sections, have adds that if they hit you take away a certain % of your life every second to make healing more intense but they are kiteable and killable. Have the whole raid into it, and I know I've been referencing to other games such as WoW and stuff but those raid bosses are fun and very interactive, well mostly, and that's what creates the intense and fun factor in end-game is raiding! Make it fun, interactive, and challenging!
Secondly, about raid bosses is that they have WAY WAY to much health. Only doing Ruinhorn , I could only expect even more hit points doing Biskra, Doom, etc... Bosses should have a decent amount of HP but not making it a 15-20 minute BORING fight, if Ruinhorn had mechanics that made it interesting and worth while, maybe the HP should remain the same.

Lag :: Definitely a huge problem especially for melee classes as I've seen, definitely need to find something to fix the lag as it creates an unstable environment for players that are looking for enjoyment. This will cause players to play less, find a new game or just take a break until lag is fixed and we don't want this. Also the random disconnects/error messages when typing long messages or any other way it happens is completely annoying, especially when your grinding in a dungeon and it happens to the healer... bad bad bad!

Thanks for taking the time to listen!

Experience : i think that they should increase the amount of xp given by the open world mobs to give people the option of grind in those places. The maps look so empty because all the players are grinding in dungeons, is kind of sad.

I think that the mobs should give:

normal mobs are ok

elite mobs: 1.5x the xp they give now

mobs with special effects (like stun, slow, etc): 2x the xp they give now

nightmares: 3x what they give now, and also interesting drops that make people go to kill them.

Quests : i think that more quests in the higher lvls could be great, but i guess that the reason to dont add them is the lvl cap. I think that when they rise the cap lvl, they will add more quests, to at least make the lvl between 60 and 70, easier.

The other thing would be the repeteable quests: i think that would be a great addition to the game, and would make more people play in the open maps. Also is good for people that cant play all day, and cant go forward in the game.

More exp I won't argue is needed, as for the raids you assume much since doing only ruinhorn so far and ruinhorn is the FIRST raid boss you'll encounter so naturally he is easy duh. Go do LW, DC, Robogaurd, Plugger, and tyrant without glitching them and see how much you boosted gravity's profits in aeds alone.

Screw that disconnect theory of placing you back into the instance. say you are doing ws on a squishy little toon that gets disconnected as you ran through corridors of WS following the tank in party, and say you were unable to relog for 2 hours you spawn in the middle of 5 mobs that obliterate you before you can even warp home. Keep things as they are in regard to relogging from instances.

Lastly Lag is what gravity has been banking on to kill off parties to fix it would hurt their aed sales. I dont think they will ever fix it. As for melee classes screw playin them even if end game prooves fruitful to them, Requiem is a bunny hopping, monkey s h i t throwing caster's game get used to it.

I Agree!!

LMAO!!! It's sad but true! Casters dominate in this game, but that's the best way I've ever seen it be described. XD
