Yes could be nice, most mounts have a place for a second character: the only that maybe dont have is the devil-cera.
The could implement some kind of humvee the one that goes in the front drive and the other shoot with a big launcher from behind, muhahaha.

I bet people will buy these.
After all.
These mounts would be OP in PvP maps (so do it).
Think about it:
- you charge the opponent, but instead of a delay with dismount, your partner can dismount and kill the opponent.
Then you dismount.
It has to be added.
