It would be a good idea to make a "blank" item that can be worn in any of the 6 Costume slots, Face, Head, Back, Body, Arms, and Feet. This would allow you to hide clothing worn in the Avatar slot.

For example, lets say I have astarot wings that I wear on my Avatar and for fun I want to wear my Sparky outfit in the Costume. The astarot wings don't look good with Sparky (imho) so, if we had this "blank" back item I could equip it in the Costume Back slot. This would cause the astarot wings to disappear or turn invisible but still remain in the Avatar slot.

I hope I am making sense here. :(

I don't know.

It sure does sound cool but it can also be misleading. Not seeing what a person is wearing could be a disadvantage in PvP.

It's the same disadvantage as the costume system itself actually.

You got a point there. Although I think it's more the mental effect.

When someone is wearing a costume, something in your brain triggers to stay cautious. But when having to fight someone who seems to wear nothing, people might react too confident.

But of course that is just my theory :(

Thats a great idea! Hair wax and back wax! lets make leg and pit waxing next for the boots and gloves. Then we must have lotion to avoid all those nasty bumps the IM is giving us :(

I was thinking the same thing, but it could be interesting to fight naked :(

I usualy got small issues with the gloves , looks ridicilous to many costumes.
But that would be SO good to have as back item, invisible.
Everyone is wearing wings and such, but if you dress up as alice in wonderland, fable or what ever, then no backitems looks the best.
The storybook costume got super cute small wings, that i sure wanted to show up.
But i can't cause i wear a backpack and it hides them D:
So my issue is either to get new wings or get a panda backpack or a keroro umbrella cause it fits the best?.

Invisible plox!

Just for some it would, i dont see any reason why you'd use it for chest though

but still, it's a good idea, even if it would be for every item, people still had the choice to use it if they want to
